LOVE THEM!!!

I love my kidd-o's so much and I laugh along with them when they play and giggle together. Parenthood brings so much joy and happiness and unconditional love.

It's a bird it's a Plane it's...

"Dunt dunt dunt dah Superman!" T has really, i'm mean really, really gotten into superman lately. It's of course totally cute as he flies around the house and you would be surprised how different superman and buzz fly, totally different stiles.

Leo James Lee June 7 1924- March 9 2011

My 86 year old grandpa Past away around 2am this morning. Just 12 hours earlier I was driving to work and that Carrie Underwood song came on the radio "This is My Temporary home" and the third verse really made me think of my grandpa, because we knew the end was close. I just wasn't expecting that 12 hours later he would be gone. Death is always hard because there is always that void in your heart and the earthly absence of that someone but I know grandpa is at peace now and reuniting with all our other loved ones who have past on. He will be sorely missed and eternally loved but he was ready to leave this temporary home.

Temporary Home- Carrie Underwood

Little boy, 6 years old
A little too used to bein' alone.
Another new mom and dad, another school,
Another house that'll never be home.
When people ask him how he likes this place...
He looks up and says, with a smile upon his face,

"This is my temporary home
It's not where I belong.
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through.
This is just a stop, on the way to where I'm going.
I'm not afraid because I know this is my
Temporary Home."

Young mom on her own.
She needs a little help, got nowhere to go.
She's lookin' for a job, lookin' for a way out,
Because a half-way house will never be a home.
At night she whispers to her baby girl,
"Someday we'll find our place here in this world."

"This is our temporary home.
It's not where we belong.
Windows and rooms that we're passin' through.
This is just a stop, on the way to where we're going.
I'm not afraid because I know this is our
Temporary Home."

Old man, hospital bed,
The room is filled with people he loves.
And he whispers don't cry for me,
I'll see you all someday.
He looks up and says, "I can see God's face."

"This is my temporary Home
It's not where I belong.
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through.
This was just a stop,on the way to where I'm going.
I'm not afraid because I know... this was
My temporary home."

This is our temporary home.

He leaves Behind his second wife(Grandma Helen), 4 children, 29 grandchildren and 58 and counting great grandchildren and so many, many more.

3rd Birthday...all about Buzz.

From Christmas to birthday, it was a Buzz Lightyear fest, well pretty much since Halloween when he walked in the Space Rangers Shoes and adorned his wings; Mr.T pretty much got all things Buzz and he loves them all. It's Buzz mania here at the Lybbert's and were hoping this fad last a long time.

March 1st

I know right, March and still all this crazy snow. Mr.T likes it "snow flakes mom just what I wanted". To bad his cold is lingering because he really loves to play in the snow. It's pretty wet today though. Well it better keep heading that way I want spring and it better not be late this year. Pretty sure the weather will cooperate now, what do you think?

These are my kids today:

Mr.T loves his sister and wishes she was a bit bigger so that she wouldn't scream so much when he squishes her. He is also very loving and loves to hold her and is very helpful when mom needs him to distracted sis for a few min. He enjoys making up stories and singing, it is hard to get a word in sometime when he's so focused on his playing. We really enjoy, most the time all the stuff coming out of Mr.T's mouth. He has gotten into a bad habit of calling names lately so hot sauce has become his new enemy. I know I'm a mean mom.
Baby G, is not so much baby anymore...I hate that! They grow up way to fast. She's crawling and pulling herself up to stand, feeding herself somethings, like cheerios, bananas, oranges, anything really she will try, I just try and keep it small enough for her. Loves to drink from cups but doesn't quite have the concept down yet. She loves to be held therefor my house is always a little bit of a wreck and she hates to take naps so she get tired and crabby. Needless to say I could really use some extra z's but wont be getting them anytime soon but somehow you painfully get use to this so I'm doing pretty good just waiting out the slushy weather so we can get back to the parks.

Today was definitely a comfort food day so I made some yummy creamy rice pudding...delicious!
